How It All Started

Hi there, and welcome to Healing My Crown!
My name is Jamiah — a young woman from New York, a mental health advocate, and a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community. In May 2024, I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and throughout my studies and life experiences, I have come to understand just how vital it is to nurture our mental health and prioritize self-care.

This blog is a reflection of my personal journey toward wellness, mental clarity, and self-love — and it’s also a space created with you in mind.
